Shoreline Community College Board of Trustees member Jerry Smith received a commendation plaque from Board Chair Phil Barrett at the Sept. 26, 2012 regular meeting of the board. Smith's gubernatorial appointment to the board ends Sept. 30 and he has decided to not request reappointment. Smith was appointed to the five-year term in October, 2007.
