Focus on individual counseling services and teaching of Human Development classes that support the student in the expression of their own power, creativity and wholeness: enhancing self esteem, managing stress, improving relationships, choosing meaningful careers, and dealing with life transitions, racial, ethnic and gender challenges, grief, loss, anxiety and depression.

 

Interests: Being in nature, making art and music, dancing, exploring multicultural ritual and healing traditions, enjoying family, friends and my cat.
