Professional/Technical Advisory Committee

Shoreline Community College utilizes community advisory committees in all of its professional/technical programs. Advisory committees create a critical linkage between industry and the College, enabling Shoreline to respond to the needs of a constantly changing labor market.

Members of the committee provide advice regarding the planning, administration, curriculum development, and evaluation of sound educational health information technology and medical coding and reimbursement programs. Meetings are open to students and other interested individuals.
