Workforce Education - Vocational Training Student Resources

Basic Food Employment & Training (BFET) Program
 Provides assistance with education costs (including childcare assistance from DSHS) to eligible students receiving DSHS Basic Food Assistance.

Opportunity Grant ProgramProvides assistance with education costs to eligible low-income students who are enrolled in one of the following programs: Automotive, Accounting, Business Technology, Clean Energy Technology and Entrepreneurship, Early Childhood Education, Health Information & Informatics Management, Manufacturing, Nursing Assistant Certified, Office Technology, Phlebotomy and Visual Communications Technology.

Worker Retraining Program: Assistance to eligible students who: are collecting unemployment benefits or have exhausted them within the past 24 months, have received a lay-off notice, were formerly self-employed, are a displaced homemaker, or a recently honorably discharged veteran.
